INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 large orange, peeled, segmented and cut in half
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, cut in half
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle rosé wine
  • ⅓ cup Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • Juice of 1 lemon
This classic preparation of wine and citrus fruit still makes sangria a favorite today. 
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate for three hours.
  2.  Serve in wine glasses or large tumblers over ice.
  3. Prep time: 8 minutes. 
  4. Makes 6 servings.
